Port Hallow is a harbour city on the Lantern Coast, policed by the Grey Wardens on behalf of the Harbour Council. It is the home of Mira Osk.
Description
Port Hallow stinks of salt and lamp oil. At dusk, lantern-men climb their ladders to light the lamps along the coast, and crowds stop to watch.

History in the story
Episode 1 The Brass Thief
Mira Osk robbed a Warden captain on the Fishmarket Stair, and the harbour was closed hours early that night.
Episode 2 The Salt Barge
Seren of Esk drained the harbour to let the Patience escape; a Warden cutter was smashed against the harbour wall.
Episode 3 What the Water Keeps
Both compasses swung north to point back toward the city.
